seems like just a big traffic jam though... wouldnt it prpbable be more practicle and useful if you staged at your own stations? that way your sgt could brief you and you roll from there?
it would make sence... or you know do that sort of staging at a park... makes more sence to me...
just seems that they just made a big traffic jam around that area by doing that\
some idiots get into an accident near there, all the cops are stuck now...

it looks like they are staging from 1 police plaza (1PP) wich is in the heart of manhattan they use it after 9/11 to see how test how fast police can get across the city its one or 2 cars from each pricenint and they use 1PP cause its the central point where all major decions are made so this is the best place to do it

NYPD does this everyday so that they look busy, then they all go on a donut break and cruise around looking for children to molest. Some of them just nap in their cruisers until their shift is up.

Crown Vics make good cop cars becuase they're big, cheap, durable, and fast. Also the Ford Interceptor concept car may replace the Crown Vic.
Although the NYPD has the new Chargers. Those are good.
