@TribunusAquilifer Sorry but I don't know much about the careers in Iceland because I'm still in High School! I think jobs aren't as hard to come by as some of the EU countries and since you're an EU citizen you don't need a work permit :-)
What I'd suggest though is go to an Icelandic Embassy in Italy (Turin, Milan, Venice, Genoa, Rome, Naples, Messina) and ask for some info.
