I don't find Bolt to be cocky or arrogant, he is excited about his incredible accomplishments! As for Gail Devers saying that it was the greatest performance, I think that is slightly unfair. Yes, he won 3 world records in one Olympics but Phelps broke 7. I wish people would stop picking sides between Phelps and Bolt. They are both amazing athletes that deserve recognition and they compete in VERY different sports, there is no need to berate either one of them!
