First of all Brian, you look great and should be proud of your accomplishment. Good health and good habits are key to better parenting too. Bummer about the tooth. I had one break off like that the day before a major job interview when I was about your age. The visibility of the damage is directly proportional to the importance of the upcoming event. The tooth will never break the day AFTER the major event. Those are the rulz... :)

Aw so sorry about the tooth! I know that dreams about losing or breaking your own teeth symbolize insecurity... So it makes sense to lose all confidence when you lose an adult tooth.
