i went out there in a 2007 rubicon 4 inch lift on 33's and almost got stuck in the biggest fuckin bowl i ever seen i had to lower my tires to 8 psi to get out of it, and put it in 4 high it took everything the jeep had to get out of it out ,3 gear on the rev limiter i tried in 4 low but it was way to slow and was just digging.
Sweet video , I just took my f250 out there this weekend and had a blast with it. First thing I did was lower the front to 20 and the back to around 17. Didn't have a single problem out in the dunes except on a steep incline but I found another way out

its funny to watch all the people air down with keys, and tire pressure guages for 15 minutes. i just remove the valve stem :) 2 at a time. they will start to whistle once around 15 lbs. once there down whistling about 12. by the time you get it back in there at 10 lbs for the rear. and about 12 for the front. good to go in about 5 minutes.
big fancy rims and low profile wanabe offroad tires .i dont get you guys i got 35/12.5/16.5 and that gives me about 8-10 inches of side wall and at 15psi i get like 15inches of footprint from my bfg all terrains also good for rock crawlin they wrap around stuff ..nice truck tho bud

Hell im sure there is a low psi expert on here somewhere, what are u gonna do if you run Nitrogen in your tires?? not everygas station has that stuff

Video keeps locking up near the end for me. Did you guys figure out the truck needed pulled out the other way? Would have taken just a couple minutes to get him un stuck then.
@fern0067 I didn't really get to see much of the other side. It looked like he could be pulled down easy and then drive up the middle to get out. I forget the limitations of heavy trucks some times. Were you able to get him out?.
Btw, awesome vid. You are right, there is more fun when there are more risk to get stuck. And for lazy guys, they are right too, airing down the tires will do a lot more easy the driving.
your f250 should be able to handle the sand if you have 4x4... and with a few minor driving skills... check out the sand dunes of Glamis!... search fern0067
