I don't think the sand filters the salt, In geology I learned thar the water table will often meet the sea with a little mixing.

I was expecting a fire, instead, I saw a VERY pretty lady. nice video, though... good water-filtering system (for a lake, dont try that at sea)

Unfortunately, I have seen better video that this expert finished with fire, but haven't captured, yet. Maybe in future i'll try grab it.

...and about the filtering system. It's located at sea coast, she (comentator) told that hole is made about 10 meters from sea and salty of the water is highly reduced and it taste like soup (told girl). ;-)
