I hear this "Quick Cash" phrase all the time. There aint nothing Quick about Wholesaling / Contract assignments. Often It can take up to six months for sellers to sign W you.
6 months..who the hell taught you how to wholesale....if it really take you that long, you need to re-evaluate what you are doing
