Its not getting in the first punch, or even a sucker punch as long as he's in front of you. I noticed Dave would almost everytime the referees would break up a fight, he'd try to get in that last shot. After its over. Other things too, but Brashear was out of line (the other guy had his gloves on), but he's not really a bad guy.

Just a reminder the game is about hockey, while fighting is an essential (and awesome) part to it there are gentlemen rules about fighting, and punching with gloves on should be 5 min in the box.
