Because this ride is all about the cresting experience (in that sense it is a "one trick" ride such as Oblivion [A.T.] ) which some people even prefer over conventional rides. Aside from this issue, if you provided a lengthy run off it would add an unnecessary burden of expense and size to the design which was at the outset never intended. (I take it you realise a train has to slow down to allow people to disembark). Shooting over the top of a grand tower as here seems anything but boring!

NL supports the 3DS format of 3D objects. To import- scenery>choose scene object>selct your 3DS file.
