The songs transition so beautifully and seamlessly on that album. LOOOOOOOVES HER!!!!!!!!!

This isnt the remix!! Its actually the original. If you bought her sophmore CD, "Mama's Gun," you will find that this is the original version of the song and the upbeat/mainstream one is the remix..I've always loved this one a tad bit more that the radio version..

In my opinion the song is about the baggage (mental/spiritual) that people accumulate and carry. She saying, be conscious of carrying negative emotions from situations in life. They will slow you down and inhibit your growth in every possible way. They will... make you "miss your bus", cause people to push you away because you begin to "crowd their space". So as you travel through life "pack light" so you can reach your destination (a higher level of spiritual development) faster.
