Do you see how it does disintegrate differently than an airplane?
Did you guys ever thought that the so-called airplane that strike WTC at 9/11 could either be a variation of this? I mean.. It disintegrates pretty quickly becoming nothing and then explodes, I believe it's different than an airplane crash.
At 0:15 the missile is supposed to destroy a vehicle similar to modern Russian Air Defence systems S-300 and S-400. These systems can counter nuclear warheads re-entering the air space and traveling at accelerations exceeding the gravitation one. So it is pretty impossible for this particular missile cause any damage at all to such vehicles. It will be shot down before locking onto the ground target.
Also S-300 and S-400 can't defend against ballistic missile trajectory like you say (although it may defend against cruise missiles). You don't know what you're talking about

You don't know what you're talking about. A nuclear warhead is not easier or different to intercept to a conventional one. However, S-400 and S-500 will be very limited against ballistic trajectory. It's primarily for anti-aircraft. And of course it also can't defend aginst short-range missile
And that's why you have other systems covering the S-300/400/500 site to protect it from close range threads. Same with a ICBM silo.. you don't leave one undefended against aerial threads of any kind.
It's kind of the same case with aircraft carriers, how many times do you see them alone in a war zone without a fleet of assorted other combat ships covering it :)

@Sacto1654 If a missile silo of any kind received a direct hit from a JASSM's 1,000 pound warhead it would most likely destroy it. I doubt the open hatch could even open if it was struck with such force, but even then it would probably destroy the opening hatch & the missile inside.
The JASSM-ER will have 2-3 times the range as the JASSM too.

There about the same as the Tomahawk TLAM's. That price is the TOTAL PRICE TAG for each missile IF the entire project costs are divided up and allocated for each missile ordered. From what i know it suffered from problems for a while. Every delay/technical malfunction adds to the price tag. Its the same story for the F-22 Raptor.
If you want a JASSM you only pay $700,000 x quantity. The total program cost is $3,000,000,000. There is also a maritime version which tracks moving maritime targets and a extended range type. They will be more obviously.

@Mattlikes2skate Aliens are testing at the same time lol. You know ive never noticed that before but im pretty sure its a reflection from the sudden flash of the main charge. Because it dies out once debris gets into the fireball and when the flash fades. Again im not sure but you get that stuff alot in nuclear tests.

There about the same as the Tomahawk TLAM's. That price is the TOTAL PRICE TAG for each missile IF the entire project costs are divided up and allocated for each missile ordered. From what i know it suffered from problems for a while. Every delay/technical malfunction adds to the price tag. Its the same story for the F-22 Raptor.

If you want a JASSM you only pay $700,000 x quantity. The total program cost is $3,000,000,000. There is also a maritime version which tracks moving maritime targets and a extended range type. They will be more obviously.
