Yun is mid tier or low tier with SA2, and he are top tier with SA3, SA3 of yun is the best SA of the game.

You are seriously underestimating Yun. Even without SA3, and he just has SA2, Yun would still be high tier, if not top tier. SA2 Yun I would put near SA2/3 Yang. Not mid/low at all.

Yun doesn't necessarily NEED Genei'Jin. But, yes, I know, it makes him a powerhouse.
Sourai Rengeki is almost as good as Shippu; it has range, partial invincibility, it's fast, confirmable and lands off of a shit ton of Yun's stuff.
Powers Yun down a notch, definitely, but SA2 is not a bad super by any means. It's just that Genei'Jin is still so much better.

Wellllll, awesome might be stretching it a bit. But it was unique. I almost always see Yun's using the speed super (I dunno what it's called).
