Great pics..coloring question..what color did they use and what was the brand name of it..Can't find any natural hair salons here in Greenville SC..might have a road trip one weekend..I found a color I like called Cinnamon Twist in a box..wondered can I bring it or would they want to use their kind. Did you cut your permed ends off? Did you have permed ends?

I did! I had a LOT of permed ends. Chopped them all right off!!! LOL. Just got tired of maintaining both textures. I wanted to start the new year off...NEW!

Did you cut them in any special way.... like downward, or straight across? I too am doing that very soon and am seeking advice on how to cut.

I cut the first 3 in the front of my hair to see if I could stand the length. Then when I went to get my tightening, he cut it up! LOL. He was running his fingers all through there so I was just trusting what he was doing. He was bringing the locks through his fingers just as my stylist used to cut me when I was permed.

No problem. I haven't been much help cause I just trust what they are doing and don't really ask many questions. My lil man's been going there for so long, we've just never had any issues.
