  • Very nice, congratulations

  • @pikachu658 Thank you :3

  • You're cute.

  • @twigagawizard Why thank you ^.^

  • thanks a lot for the comment! what's going on with your laptop? Are you still recording with a rockband mic?

  • @tzual Anytime man :3 I'm using it to record my drums, and yes I still use the Rock Band microphone.

  • such a fun game, great cover man! loving that popcorn snare you got. now i want one haha

how are you liking those new wuhan cymbals? i'm asking because i thought i heard in another one of your videos that you were planning on getting some stagg cymbals now?

  • @BrosiveTheAnimal Indeed it is, just the other day I was considering popping it into my old NES. Thanks man! I'm really digging the popcorn snare too, best $50 drum I've ever tried. I really like the Wuhans, aside from a few complaints such as the small bell on the ride cymbal, and how quiet the hi-hats are. I just feel some Stagg DH cymbals would probably please me more, and it would be nice to have a 17" crash and 19" crash/ride in place of a 16" crash and 20" ride used as a crash/ride.

  • Would have to say, a cover of Metroid's Kraids Lair would be amazing.

    Pretty smooth cover.

  • @younggunsfan For a few months now, I've been considering that song. Thank ya :D

  • Not bad. Would have found it a bit more interesting if it did more to fit the flow of the song? Such as allow some rests when the music stops here and there? Personal opinion, I suppose, but still. Definitely better than most drum covers I see on here.

  • @tipperbeanfad You do have a point there. In the original 8-bit percussion, it accents the silent parts and keeps the beat going so I did my best to mimic that. Usually with fills and accents I try to be a bit more versatile but I decided to keep it simple and just stay in the groove, didn't want to overplay it :)

  • @WhenxChristxReturnsx Good point. Haven't heard the song in a while, so maybe I'm just weird. haha. But it'd be sweet to see you just go organically with a song. If you overplay, overplay. Keep it natural. :)

  • @tipperbeanfad Haha I get what you're saying. I try to not overdo it when I improvise.

  • great stuff bro!

  • @thepatient678 Thank you for the kind words :3

  • Nice job man. Your form and posture has improved greatly since you started your covers on YouTube.

  • @cralenkotter Thank you. Indeed they have improved, although my Mapex drum throne certainly helps. It doesn't wobble around like that old Sound Percussion one I used before.

  • @WhenxChristxReturnsx I can tell man. When I upgraded my throne, the exact thing happened to me. Better posture, cleaner playing, and smoother bass drumming.

  • @cralenkotter Exactly. Some drum gear you can find pretty good quality in for cheap but I think it's worth it to invest into the extra money for a good drum throne.

  • Nice dude..... I was at a music store and they had a pair of wuhan rock hats and ride for $120... Im might get em

  • @drummer123apple Sweet, sounds like a good deal! I'm guessing those would be their old stock and not from the New Traditional series.
