When she asked, I asked the men for their opinion. "No" was the reply. Her age was the ultimate determining factor. Plus I didn't want to get involved in conversations about these vids with women. It's not like they're talking about one specific person - it's a group of people and not all of them will have the same personality traits, so they can't say something like "They're honest and loving" because not all of us are those things. The best they can really do is talk about our appearance and then, if he were to ask about one specific person, THEN they could talk about personality.

My goal is to encourage black women to appreciate compliments but not to show lack of pride in situations such as these.
