Look how vast the sea is, I mean there are so many ships, planes and what not lost in it that we will never find. I read that there have been 50 planes lost in washington state alone since 1950 that have never been found, and wash state is not really a big state. makes you wonder tho...

@Imachowderhead 50 light aircraft in 60 yrs? Absolutely nothing abnormal there, given the deep drafts in the Cascades. It does'nt compare with vanishing ships like the Cyclops or large aircraft like the B-52 lost while in a tight formation with other B-52's - or of the Chieftan that vanished while coming in for a landing in the Bahamas and in clear view of the tower.. There are so many incomprehensible occurances in that region that it goes beyond the pale of reasoning.

There was a documentary a couple of years ago whch theorists suggest that the area of the Triangle within its sea core has some geological magnetic field which apparently disables and affects mechanical instruments and technology which would result in the 'disapearances/crashes/sinking­s' of victims...im open minded but its a scientific theory, what you all think?

a clasm8 of mine shared something during our class. She said she had watchd ds in da discovery channel.The plane passngers wr interviewed, and dey told that all they can see when they passed by on dat place was nothing, but darkness.Luckily on their part that they had get out of that dark place which they believed that it was already the Bermuda Triangle.

I saw a special years ago that talked about a plane that was flying over Miami? and noted by radio that it appeared uninhabited. Ground control could hear them, ran outside and could see them flying overhead, but the plane couldn't see or hear him. They eventually disappeared and were never heard from again. In another special, A plane made "Like" a 90 min trip to Florida in 60 minutes. Mathmatically it was impossible. Strange Place... Thanks for posting the episode.

There was a book from around 1979-80..."The Bermuda Triangle Mystery...SOLVED" that examined the commonly associated disappearances and gave reasonable explanations for them. Well worth reading.
