@surfersnowlongboard its not how good the board is, its how good the rider is. boards dont help you ride better. 99% rider 1% board/setup. the avenger is no more "stable or nimble" than any other dh freeride board out there, its just another enjoyable freeride dh deckfrom rayne . trust me, i have one. and riding it with james setup makes it no better. riding a pros setup will not help you to do 30 foot standups going 60kph. skills and balls, however, will.

You don't go pro, just because of the setup, but belive me.. there is a huge difference!! I think the setup is something you need to find out by your selves, i can only ride (good) with my own setup, or boards that are similar to mine.. :)

For races it's an avenger deelite but he's been seen on many other boards, dervish, tien-tien, civeche. He used to race an evo, but that's before he was sponsored. He also used to race a sector nine bomb-hills he custom cut and put smokies. on. Avenger isn't symetrical, james is just an awesome rider.
