@alyraver same here man, coming back from a back injury that took like 4 years to health, then the first few days i come back, i sprain my ankle and is almost 3 weeks and still cant skate. This sucks, but you need to recondition yourself before coming back, do some walking and running everyday, some exercise, then grab the board.

I first saw John Rattray when he was skating a ramp around the corner from my house in a skate contest at a place called Crofthead in livingston. In all my time since of watching footage of Skateboarders I can honestly say that there is no one I prefer watching than the Rat. Oh, and yes, of course he won the contest.
