Yes, she does. This is the crisis that opens the sailor stars series. It was pretty cool, Chibiusa (Rini) started to disappear because she wouldn't be born if Mamoru (Darien) were kept under Nehelania's spell. Anywho, long story short, the spell on Mamoru is broken and peace returns as Nehelania is given a fresh start in life.
