u know im not saying that using ecstasy is right but if these parents dont like what their kids are doing then they should keep better track of their kids. and not EVERYONE rolls. i've gone to plenty of raves and parties and i have never once rolled in my life. i've been offered several times, yes but it is ultimately your own choice. n they shouldnt just put attention on raves bc plenty of ppl roll at their own house, at their own private parties and their parents dont even know it

Many raves have pills and drugs in them.. Now of course, Dos said that the staff members dont use the drug in any way, shape, etc.. of course they dont.. its like the Dj... if he was rolling, he'd be playing some shitty music.. Im not saying RSR are the only ones.. there are MANY people hosting raves. Raves should be for ages 18+ and the security should CARD! if you dont have ID.. too damn bad.. this will put a stop to kids ruining your events.

As any concert-goer knows, there will be drugs no matter what, but the way i see it ,a lot of people go to raves to use drugs and "trip out". If there is a big concert in town, the majority of the people are going to go to the concert to listen to the music How many people are going to a rave to JUST listen to the music? It is tough to state your case now that everyone has seen the Channel 5 news segment. Seems as you are already guilty in everyones eyes. Hopefully things go better for you.

look dude. i don't go to raves because i know there's stupid people out there who like to take advantage of the situation and i don't like the music, but. obviously you haven't seen the world yet. open your eyes....not everyone does drugs. if kids want to do drugs, they're going to find a way. when i go to concerts they search us for weapons and other items, but there"s only so much they can do. i went to staind concert, heavily controlled by security & some guy was smoking weed in front of me.

I use to take pictures at all the RSR! parties and use to shoot "raves" back in 2002 as well. Its like I told my parents, you can go to any high school, college, bar or night club and find some drug dealers. They are always going to be there, just like they were for the 60s with Woodstock, 70s with disco. Its up to the individual to choose to do drugs or not. All of these "raves" have just the same if not better security than any of the other places I just mentioned too.

I love ready set rave and what it does for the electronic music scene but you f-ed up originally that night when you said on camera (and i'm paraphrasing here) "This is the only way to get electronic music out to the valley" right after they had prompted you about the ecstasy use. stay strong though, ready set rave will not fade away! they are only focusing on you guys for some reason!

man, i saw the story. i have a journalism degree and i even think they went about it the wrong way. its not like it's the only place you find that kind of behavior. you can go to a bar, club, and house party and the same behavior will be there. it's not your fault that certain people decide to use your event to illicit illegal activities. kids do worse at their friend's homes then they do at raves. some people just like to use and/or blame your events for what their kids do where are the parents
