Well considering the description of the vid says D16 with hunting IACV i think that may give you a clue. I have the IACV disconnected here because it was doing a high idle/drop when it was plugged in. The real problem ended up being the throttle body and the mechanical idle circuit setup was not setup correctly.

Yes the car is now as of Aug 14 09, but NOT in the startup/ break in vids.
