US cops are a bunch of pigs, for the most part. Fucking rednecks who loves to play cowboys with tourists. European cops are more civilized, even if there are also assholes in Europe. A lot of French tourists got also problems with these pricks. USA are a facist redneck place. Unfortunately this wasn't a joke. I live in California and this was on our local news stations. The CHP (California highway patrol) officer was suspended without pay for two days while this situation was being investigated.

Apparently, this POS works out of the Barstow office. I certainly hope it's a prank. As an American, I wish they would put the clamps down on morons like this. Very very few people go to jail for speeding in California. If it is a prank, I think the officer needs to make it a funny prank and not one that shows the bad side of law enforcement officers.
