Funny to think that I used to get annoyed every time they taxied past the first hole on the Laarbruch golf course. I mean, we had to stop playing for them. Anyone would think the airfield was there for them. Awesome aircraft, really brings a tear to my eye when i think of my time in Germany...... ahhhhh cheap beer and tax free cars.... happy days :-)
Been my favourite plane since i was a child and my dad took me to cosford airshow about 20 years ago. Still my favourite plane now. I took my son to see it at this showing. Shame about the rain but it was still a great to watch. Love the Cosford airshows!!!
That rain made the take off even more spectacular.. even beutiful! But people with umbrellas should be taken out in the woods.. and accidentally lost.. :)
Nice vid (again) Shame about the rain. Here in Brackley it was dry all day, although a sharp shower early Sunday morning, walked over to Turweston !!!
Tories scrapped this too early and kept the hopeless Tornado instead. Harrier would be much more useful in Afganistan and Libya.
