It's all about business for Dre....the dude makes immense good music no doubt but in his mind its about money...no loyalty he didn't choose Warren G cuz Dre thot warren wouldn't sell like Snoop...this is the fact....the same reason Dre didn't sign snoop to Aftermath....he knew snoop wouldn't sell....the same reason why Dre went with 50 instead of Game...cuz 50 was his money cow....believe it or not Dr Dre is all about the money every week u can see him with ad abt beats by dre what about detox?
@shrekinahell you like dre huh...you know he is gay huh...you like wood nigga.....no homo, ill grease my shaft and stick it in ya, faggot, you seem suspect, you a top or bottom, dick boy...

such a down to earth dude man. he deserves every thing he has definetly and still to this day i wouldnt mind payin 15 bucks for either warren g , nate dogg or snoops albums
This dude is a legend man the 90's was the shit, and he helped put deathrow on the map. That goes to show you pussies see the videos and think rappers are real. Dre picked Snoop over his Famliy. Them fools are related and Dre said nigga you do you, WORLD CLASS WRECKIN CREW. Dre was wearing Cover girl make and see threw blouses, Shirts or Skins...Huh wat a FAG
damn he got his ass ripped off. i actually didnt know he wasnt on death row! cuz i just assumed he was wit them since he did regulators and snoop shouts him out on stranded on death row(i think? or it might have been deez nuts). but still hah that shit sucks
Warren g has too much creativity and skills, they could have brought him into the camp but niggas be scared of you being better than them! Same shit just different people.. Its life!

Mad respect to Warren G. As a fan of the whole G funk era, I never forgot about Warren G. he was always one of the guys in my rotation. I did wonder why he never came up with Dr. Dre and the others. It's real sad to see that Warren took a backseat to the huge acolades of Death Row, but if you really look at what he has accomplished, there is nothing to be ashamed of. He sold millions on his own and you can imagine what he would have pushed if he had the Death Row backing. Big Ups to Warren G
@morenaso1 lol oh damn! I always thought they where half brothers, but come on give me a break they do look a bit similar in this vid (or i mean he does look a bit like him, with the extra weight)
good to see dude acting mature but still rocking the shows on some grown man shit, he seem like a good brother. when i see these dudes in they late 30's dressing like teens it seems kinda off
real humble nigger they did leave him out no songs with em or 50 or dre for that matter and with all the others new and old shit dre you wicked mother fucker

In a way, its was probably a good thing that warrren didn't get signed by death row & got signed by def jam instead cus look what happened to tha row. After pac died, they went downhill
Dre is extra talented - nobody can deny that - but his personality - the type of person he is - his god is success - he is willing to do anything for success - even turn his back on his friends - n that's why Eazy & Pac couldn't stand him either - truly ghetto personalities put loyalty above everything - success comes second to loyalty. He's just not hat loyal of a friend - that's exactly how I lost a hommie too - for a whole decade I thought he was as loyal and as down as me - but nope.
that's fucked up..i always wondered why warren g wasn't on death row or why they wasn't on the g-funk era album... it seems like he wasn't as profitable as snoop or nate was so they left him out..but that's what money, business and fame do to people
Wow, His facial expressions and eyes says he certified when he talking about Dre. IMO. But in hindsight, you did it yourself, you dont owe anybody shit.

Straight up one sad interview...Warren G Is Dre half brother how the fck he leave him out..Warren G is a genuine dude..He got fucked by Dre and still does
Dont go thinking Dr Dre wouldve had Warrens back if Suge wasnt around, Dre was on some everyone for themselves shit, which sucks! Listen to Warrens Beats on the Regulate album, The Twinz album and The Dove Shack album and if you dont think he can make a beat as good as Dres gay ass you are lying to yourself. This guy got fucking left for dead and its a goddamn shame, and where is Dre now? Counting money while Warrens starving? Way to look out, fuck fake Dre stuff, the old shit was cool but no.
Everyone knows Suge called all the shots in Death Row, not Dre, so he probably had a problem with Warren G and Dre couldnt have his back on that because of Suge...
He sounded really confused about being left out from Death Row, but Warren G did his thing back in the day. Regulate with Nate Dog is an absolute classic. RIP Nate
I feel bad hearing Dre didn't support his brother and a talented individual even.
I see Warren G is still sharp on the mic, so he should try to bring back some of the good ol' days and with that maybe he'll also get a piece of the fame he deserves. West UP!
only thing death row would of done is made him more famous then what he already is.. i'm glad warren g did his own thang because when it was all said and done death row went up in smoke... and they had bad breakups death threatz all that other craziness and warren didn't have to go threw that crap with them so it's good he didn't go with death row. i know how he feel when the click u roll wit is all on one side and u on the other ona solo and not really gett'n the support u need that shit hurt
Warren G says he was hurt that Dre told him to be his own man, but I think that was just tough love. Honestly, if Warren had to wait on Death Row records to come out with something, we probably would have never gotten "Regulate: G Funk Era", and Warren and Nate Dog (R.I.P. Nate) would have never have blown up the way they did when the "Above the Rim" soundtrack came out. Everything happens for a reason, and I'm glad that Warren G got a chance to step out on his own.
I definetly feel him on getting left out while they were bringing up guys like DPG and getting them paid, but it's good he was able to do his own thing because death row would've tried to turn him into a knuckle head gangster rapper instead of lettimg him have his own style. He ended up wrecking shit with Nate, the Dove Shack and the Twinz
Damn, that was almost sad. I always wondered why Dre and he never did anything together. It seems real shady and cold the way Warren describes it. Dre got his own thang now, he could easily put him on now.
Thats alright G Dubb, you and Domino had 1994 on lock!!! I like how you did your own thang with the others groups from Long Beach, Your work on the Twinz Conversation, the Dove Shack, and Foesum, will always be summertime classics!!!As a matter of fact, its spring in GA now. Time to break out that g-funk sound with the top down!!!!!
Compton, Ca. Artist/Entertainer Maurice WIZ PROPANE Blake is next out of the West Coast, check out his youtube channel its tons of videos, interviews, music, freestyles, commercials etc. Let me know what u think, subscribe if you digging it!!!...remember the name Wiz Propane and tell a friend! Also check out the film," Life Is Hot In Cracktown" where he co-stars as Brazil along side Evan Ross! Also check out his Honda commercial with comedian Deray Davis! 1 life 1 love GOD bless!
shit...he should have been glad he didnt sighn with deathrow.all the drama and unpaid artist that defined that whole label was a mess. he should be eternally thankfull cause deathrow records is now executed..lol
Dre wont get in the studio with GDub, but he'll fuck with these industry jock ridin fools like 50 and The Game?? "These niggaz after yo paper Doctor D-R-E!"
Depressing. There are so many brutha's from the Chronic era that got shortchanged and left out. It's sad but you have to be a straight up dick and involve lawyers right from the start if you want a piece of the pie.
& u mean to tell me Dre never even considered pulling Warren into the studio & say "Let's do something togetha?"... Dre is a cold ass dude... You can actually feel & see the G-Child reaching out to them...
He really did him favor because death row artists got raped in the end anyways. Warren G would of lost all his money and regulators would probably never of come out. Dre left the label himself and he help start it, that should tell you something about how out of control death row got at one point. And talented people are selfish assholes, that's life, son. Warren G did better on his own anyways.
hell naw dr dre did him bogus half brothers still brothers since dey aint even step u know! my nigga was sad as a bitch at da end fuck dres lil gay ass wit dat detox shit idk y ppl on his jock? he cant rap (ghost writers) and now he cant produce da kush song was made by dj khaled and all da songs he b makin sound lik his old shit or left over shit from 2001! plus dude dnt produce shit any more cuz u got producers who make way more dan him
Warren to tha G and 2Pac are/were the real G's from tha West.
(Yes i know Pac was born in NY but he repped Oakland to the fullest and spent a considerable time of his life in Oakland)
Bring G-Funk the fuck back! Rap beats are repetitive and wack these days. The lyrics are even worse. Too many illiterate fuckers in the rap game today.
How you go from Rakim to KRS-One to Tupac to Nas to Nelly/50/SouljaBoy/Gucci Mane/Wacka Flocka Flame??
@TagzBloody You're clearly part of the newer illiterate generation of rap music fans and i use that term lightly because i don't take any of you's seriously.
Dre's not an MC, you clearly aren't that informed. 90% of his raps were/have been ghost written. He's primarily a producer & a legendary one at that. I respect Dre enormously but the man had flaws too.
Em/50/Ja blah blah are nobody's compared to the historians, the prior rap legends, which in turn made them get paid off rap music.
@kidyb23 Kid, 50 was not around when Pac was spittin'. Pac dropped his first album 2Pacalypse Now in 1991. In 1991, 50 was... 16. So how the fuck did you come to that false outcome?
50 has never met Pac, he was a teenager when Pac was spittin' game, you need to do your research before spoutin' off some nonsense.
Finally kid, what do the 4 legends, i mentioned, have in common? Their lyrical content held value, it had an underlying theme, a historic purpose. Something 50 has never done.
@SonnyL i wasnt saying he was spitiin with tupac dumbass... he started spitting with jam masta jay before pac died.. i bet youve never even heard of 5o s old shit.. smh stfu thinking you know something but you dont
@kidyb23 Guess Who's Back - 50 Cent. Heard It and it was a decent album however he's a sellout/overrated and you son, are daft as bricks.
Quote from you: "and he was around with pac and them so...." < What is that supposed to interpret? < That comment has fuck all to do with JMJ (RIP) so what you trippin' on about?
50, lyrically, is ridiculously overrated. I don't fuck with this modern you're on. A couple are decent but the rest is Hip Pop < which you're a fan of since you're a 50 fan.
@kidyb23 How about you go and listen to Rakim, KRS-One, Big Pun, Big L, Nas, Wu-Tang Clan, Bone Thugs N Harmony, Arrested Development, Public Enemy, Mos Def, The Roots, Pharoahe Monch, Common Sense, Big Daddy Kane, Sam Sneed, Thug Life, Immortal Technique etc etc and then come back to me 'kid' because that's 'real' 90s rap is & before then. Lyricism with an underlying meaning.
You ain't gotta clue what real Hip Hop is youngster...
Fuck outta here, you should be in the Pop section.
@SonnyL hahahah why i know about every rapper you listed ...i know they can rap that aint the point... you said 50 is garbage but 50 set so many precedences and yes obviously 50 dont spit the same... he spit way better back then... but that dont mean he garbage... oh and just to let you know.. hip hop and rap are to differnt genres
what you talkin about?! Theres a huge difference between real hip hop and fake shit?! Wtf you even doin here if you say that shit man! Real hip/hop is true lyricism, music from the heart about life in general, relating to the people who love your music, havent such a good beat and feel that you bump to the song without realising that; you cant do that man! No motherfucka from the streets can relate to the bullshit hip/pop nowadays. Think you need to look at this correctly.
@Khwaja2010SR look dude sometimes when im goin to club i dont want to bump immortal tech or sum lupe pr eminem ok? or when ur with bitch. theres time to bump lyrical shit nd times to bump pop shit. its all just music, if a pop track is good then why not bump it
lol, no way, i wanna love a song whether its in the background or im really listening to it, if i bump this new bullshit it just makes me a sellout. If your a true hip/hop fan you dont bump it just because it sounds good, you bump it cos its from someone real with music you can respect enjoy and understand, i mean I've heard shit like All Eyez On Me, Guru, in a club, ive seen people dancin like mad to run dmc n shit lmao. You real, you bump realness. Fakes bump fakeshit.
@Khwaja2010SR the only thing that makes you a sellout is not listening to the music because its by a certain artist. i used to be like you, not bumping wayne cuz hes mainstream, but if u put aside your hate and just listen...i really dnt care ill but anything but gay ass techno and dubstep
@Docmananoff tupac was born in the greenwich village women's detention center at the time when his mom was in jail on conspiring to blow up a federal government building in manhattan she was rollin with the black panther party he' wasnt born in the bronx he lived in brooklyn for a while and moved out cause him and his mom were stranded because she lost her job so pac and his mom moved to baltimore maryland when he attended a high ranked high school for arts and theater
@jacobladders That's not true. Tupac in an interview said that his Mom was pregnant with him while in jail BUT he was actually born AFTER she was released.
I met Warren G back in 1994. I was working at a Check Cashing center in Long Beach and mufuka comes in to cash, as he put it, "small pocket change check'. Check was $7000. Anyway, he was cool as fuck.
BTW, home girl interviewing WG looks like Mariah Carey.
wenn ich mal mit nem haufen fetter typen auf der bühne stehen sollte, die meine alten hits mitschreien, weiß ich, dass meine zeit definitiv vorbei ist.
@rcolbert1971 dam right shes fine and shit shes a real woman coz she respects real rappers by the sounds of it not this fake ass auto tune faggot flashing money round thinking it makes him respected. RESPECTED to me is a man spitting truth. And this guy sings about love loss and real life shit ay. Oh n while im on this page love ya nate dogg thanks for the G-Funk bruv.
Warren G no loss for you to not get signed on death row you got your own sound now, we got your sound now. And with all respect to the producing quality of dre, I think that the sound warren created for himself is something unique. And if dre did beats for him that the sound and atmosphere from warren g albums was very different and that would be a shame. Bottomline is that sometimes it's nice to get high listening to warren and sometimes it's nice to get high listening to dre
He makes about as much sense as lil Wayne. Both have a floating piece of shit inside their skull.

I don't care if Warren was never signed to death row, I was always a big fan of Warren g anyway. Since the early 90's in 4 grade with my walk man on.

Diggy22 10 months ago 8

Disgusted @ the industry & audience.

@SonnyL So what if they where real G's Dre is a Real Mc/ Producer.
No matter what lame opinion anyone come up with.
Ask yourself where would rap have been without Dre Em snoop and such niggas as 50 to stop ja from being a wack as faker.
TagzBloody 10 months ago
@TagzBloody You're clearly part of the newer illiterate generation of rap music fans and i use that term lightly because i don't take any of you's seriously.
Dre's not an MC, you clearly aren't that informed. 90% of his raps were/have been ghost written. He's primarily a producer & a legendary one at that. I respect Dre enormously but the man had flaws too.
Em/50/Ja blah blah are nobody's compared to the historians, the prior rap legends, which in turn made them get paid off rap music.
SonnyL 10 months ago 5
@SonnyL Get rich or Die Trying was a DOPE album, 50 is wack now. But I agree with everything said.
Ostrasize 9 months ago
@SonnyL 50 can rap.... and he was around with pac and them so.... idk why you put him in that category
kidyb23 9 months ago
@kidyb23 Kid, 50 was not around when Pac was spittin'. Pac dropped his first album 2Pacalypse Now in 1991. In 1991, 50 was... 16. So how the fuck did you come to that false outcome?
50 has never met Pac, he was a teenager when Pac was spittin' game, you need to do your research before spoutin' off some nonsense.
Finally kid, what do the 4 legends, i mentioned, have in common? Their lyrical content held value, it had an underlying theme, a historic purpose. Something 50 has never done.
SonnyL 9 months ago
@SonnyL i wasnt saying he was spitiin with tupac dumbass... he started spitting with jam masta jay before pac died.. i bet youve never even heard of 5o s old shit.. smh stfu thinking you know something but you dont
kidyb23 8 months ago
@kidyb23 Guess Who's Back - 50 Cent. Heard It and it was a decent album however he's a sellout/overrated and you son, are daft as bricks.
Quote from you: "and he was around with pac and them so...." < What is that supposed to interpret? < That comment has fuck all to do with JMJ (RIP) so what you trippin' on about?
50, lyrically, is ridiculously overrated. I don't fuck with this modern you're on. A couple are decent but the rest is Hip Pop < which you're a fan of since you're a 50 fan.
SonnyL 8 months ago
@SonnyL listen to 50 in the 90s and stfu ... guess whos back aint no fuckin album.... listen to 24 shots
kidyb23 8 months ago
SonnyL 8 months ago 48
@SonnyL hahahah why i know about every rapper you listed ...i know they can rap that aint the point... you said 50 is garbage but 50 set so many precedences and yes obviously 50 dont spit the same... he spit way better back then... but that dont mean he garbage... oh and just to let you know.. hip hop and rap are to differnt genres

shutthefuckuploser 3 months ago
@shutthefuckuploser
what you talkin about?!
Khwaja2010SR 3 months ago
@Khwaja2010SR look dude sometimes when im goin to club i dont want to bump immortal tech or sum lupe pr eminem ok? or when ur with bitch. theres time to bump lyrical shit nd times to bump pop shit. its all just music, if a pop track is good then why not bump it
shutthefuckuploser 3 months ago
@shutthefuckuploser
lol, no way, i wanna love a song whether its in the background or im really listening to it, if i bump this new bullshit it just makes me a sellout.
Khwaja2010SR 3 months ago
@Khwaja2010SR the only thing that makes you a sellout is not listening to the music because its by a certain artist. i used to be like you, not bumping wayne cuz hes mainstream, but if u put aside your hate and just listen...i really dnt care ill but anything but gay ass techno and dubstep
