Your comment says it all on your perfect ignorance in singing matters. Brooke sings with her natural means, never trying to make her voice bigger than it is, her sound is ideally placed and projected and very well sustained on the breath here. And I don't know where you got this "warbling" absurd idea - in a birds shop you lately visited ? -, but certainly not in this video.
