CALLING THE KSP COMMUNITY! I HAVE A CONUNDRUM!...

I have one craft, it is half decent and got to about 450000 metres on my first attempt... but then i did a second attempt (for i like doing it 3 times for an average to put down in my big book of references) but i got "slightly" higher... i changed nothing , did nothing at a different time than before hand... but somehow got to 1.9 million metres?

My question to you is how the feck did i make this happen , for i can't seem to do it in repeats :/
