wii is awful for precision racing, like f1. good for arcade style, but you'll never get the feeling like when you nail a corner with a proper console and wheel

I think it is very hard to play racing games on wii... the wheel is not that good. I prefer other sports like tennis or box, but it seems like fun though.

"Stupid things that dont affect that dont affect the game experience"? What about the rival cars going ridiculuosly slowly. That does affect the game experience and makes it arcade rather than sim. A simulator is meant to replicate real F1, I want to feel as if im racing Hamilton, Alonso etc who are aggressive, fast and in case you havent noticed: They dont drive their f1 cars around Spa at 40miles and hour. This game is clearly aimed at themainstream gamer. I'm waiting for F1 2010!

This is effectively the "arcade mode" of the game probably. I'm sure in actual races the AI is much tougher. Although I don't think anything will hold a candle to the Geoff Crammond Grand Prix series on PC.

Matey27, you are completely wrong and obviously have no understanding of f1. In f1, only mclaren and ferrari have kers, here every car has it. Can you explain why the rival cars here are going so slowly. Also in real f1, when a driver deploys kers, there is not a sound like a nitro power boast. In challenged mode, i want to be challenged like the real drivers are. How is this a challenge, driving against cars crawling at such a slow speed. Have you any evidence that shows why physics are great!
