Just a correction to my own notes - the second melody in 9/8 (2223) is a typical Syngathistos danced in Greek Thrace, danced either in a line or in couples. In Bulgarian Thrace Daichovo horo is danced to related 9/8 melodies - one of the choreographies was also known as "zizaj nane" from the calls and shouts used.
