  • ok...i promise my self that tomorrow after 1 hour walking...i'll do this for a few months to see....hope helps me loose some of my belly FAT!!!!...can u send me a video of wich exercise i can do to burn the fat under my sides of the torso...i mean where the arms rest...on the chest side...lol hope u get it...i want to loose it but my back is wide by birth so i don't want to put it worst either...thank you!

    i always have a hard time with these workouts because i have lower back pains

    when i lay on my back like u in the video an raise my leg i get great pains in my hip ant thighs???

    what should i do??

  • Hey Ahmad. Would these moves make my abs build "out"? I've had this problem in the past with ab exercises that strengthen my core, but end up giving me a *bigger* tummy because of the muscle development, so it looks like I have a tummy when in fact is all muscle. I get muscl-ey fast LOL. Please advise. Thanks in advance. Blessings...

  • @AfroTee one of the notes i placed in this clip is about squeezing/pulling the belly in towards the spine.. this will prevent that problem from happening... You have to really focus on feeling the move...and slowing things down... try this for a while...~ahmad

  • @makingthebest09 Ohhhhhhh ok; thanks. Pilates worked best for me in the past and I think it's because the instructors always, always, always stress pulling the abs toward the spine and keeping good form, going sloooowly. I will give these a try. Thanks!
