Blur didint hate Nirvana, they hate the grunge movement, bands like Alice in Chains, Stone Temple Pilots, Soundgarden, in fact in no distance left to run documentary, Damon says "Nirvana were not disgusting, but what came after them, was the most awful shit"... Graham Coxon was very influenced by american alternative music...Sonic Youth, Pixies, Pavement and they like the punk rock of Nirvana. But Damon by the time that Cobain killed himself was fed up with Nirvana every day on the media.
