Luke, it's written and performed by Queen and David Bowie. Freddie describes it in an interview on the Tube: Queen and Bowie were both recording at the same studios in Switzerland. Apparently, Bowie walked in to Queen's recording room to say hi. Soon enough, they started to jam and said, "hey, we've really got something here". And Under Pressure was born!
