Great stuff, man. I'm looking to do something similar (wireless sensor networks, low energy stuff / energy harvesting).. Your "topology" and how it moves make me think about Nmap :)
I'll use Python for the GUI. I'll use microcontrollers (thus using Assembly, and C probably)

Nonsense? Are you mad? Such as shame that many people today still do not see (or are too ignorant to see) the relevance of such devices given our technological development. It doesn't matter about presentation skill - the guy knows his sh*t!

Now, if you'd rather watch some marketing dude using fancy words and who has absolutely no clue about what he's talking about, then turn on the Shopping Channel.
