pretty good for a home made! Schlumpf puts out at 1.5:1 I believe. Not to brag, but I have a geared giraffe that is a 1.75:1 ratio. NO joke - it turns 1 and 3/4 times for a full rotation of the crank. I'm putting a video of it up next month. Its fast but very hard to ride.
