Damn, in my town last week some woman hit a kid on a skateboard and then left him there without even stopping. The impact was so bad that that his skateboard was broken in two. Then this week in another town a few miles away a 14 year old was riding his bike and was hit by a driver. Unlike the first kid, the second one died. How the hell do you not stop and help a person out? I mean, by providing some comfort you might help the person pull through.

I said in another post that I would have immediately ran up to the man while dialing 911 on my cell phone.. and hopefully getting the person's license plate number in my head at the same time if I'm quick enough (usually in those situations you don't think to take the license plate number as they drive off so quickly like that).
