  • Is this guitar good for small hands?

My hand extension is 7and a half inches. (thumb to pinky)

  • sounds good - play the whole song

  • can the pick ups be changed for humbuckers or would need to route the body

  • @violentaddiction123 Why? That's like Drag slicks on a Lincoln Town Car. Just don't.

  • i prefer the sound of humbuckers opposed to P90's

  • @violentaddiction12Great. I like toast, but I don't make it on the BBQ. You know? Get a guitar made for humbuckers rather than butchering a HiFlyer. There are plenty out there. The P90 ring is a full inch longer than that of a 'bucker. This morphaditic nonsense is almost as bad as monster-tire 4x4 Camaros.

  • w/e....i have one of these and the p90's are not the best

  • This sounds pretty bland compared to a Mosrite.

  • -just got an E H-F stoptail - ballbat like neck feel - neck's thicker than LP copy - will have to adjust pickups as too close to strings to evaluate - right now thin sound and not much harmonic complexity and bland - strings may be too light

  • OK, Let me know how it turns out, Even if you have to replace a bunch of parts.

  • how did you get that pickguard?

  • i think an original mosrite pickguar fits these copies but you can order parts on the eastwood guitars site as well

  • i've been hearing a lot about how "if you play this guitar with high gain it only makes feedback"... i played one yesterday, and i didn't hear any. if that happens to you, though, you could just switch out the pickups.

  • lots of feedback is good

  • the beginning sounded like jango reinhardt

  • does anyone know what this guitar costs?

  • 399 I believe

  • colud you translate that pricwe into europe... well better if spain

you know.. Euros are higher than dollars but even that guitars are always cheaper in EEUU so thats my question.

  • no problem:

    46,744.98 ESP

    or

    280.924 EUR

  • I understand the price directly tanslated into Euros.. but sorry I dont know what yo try to mean with "46,744.98" ESP

I think you got it... but the thing is that even dollars are lower... price should be higher in here

thanks, I´ve just bought a used one of those yesterday

  • It's spanish pesatas

  • Geoff, great playing as usual. How do you like this guitar? How does it compare in tone to a Mosrite guitar? I know there is a big price diff but what do you think about this guitar's tone vs. that of a Mosrite?

  • I'd like to know that too as I want a Mosrite but cannot buy one at this time. I could however buy a Eastwood Hi Flyer.

  • That guitar is definitely a rare bird! It sounds great.

  • its not rare

  • it's only rare if you have an original mosrite one, eastwoods are brand new in production and are far from rare.

  • yeh thats what i ment
