I would promise to give into his demands, blackmail him for cash,(he is a billionaire after all) and THEN I would release him to the authorities.

"Bride Wars"
"Shorts"
and All of Fred's Videos.
And then I would turn him into the authorities. (did you really think I'd let him off the hook for 9/11 if he just watched some horrible movies?)
