I read a comment that someone believes that the Neptunes are more versatile becuz they are not using the same synth patches and sounds as they did between '97-'05. I think that they were VERY versatile. The fact that they made MANY tracks with nearly the same sounds is amazing! the consistency of ones sound (i think that when you listening to their older work, you can REALLY see those sounds)....
