Jackie Chan's stunts were made by Cheung Wing Fat aka Mars, Chin Kar Lok, Yuen Biao and many others.

  • THIS. IS FRIGGIN NINJA. THE WRIST BACKFLIP AT THE END, AND THE JUMP OVER THE CAR WERE MY FAVOURITES. OMG. i feel so bad these pple were so pooor at that time they had to do anything for money but.. u can rlly c how pro pple can b without the shaking cameras half the time.

  • Crazy !

  • Crazy !

Look at my tribute to Hong Kong Movies Action & Donnie Yen Showcase by Fathis !

  • With all these great action and stunts and people in the U.S still said star wars and American movies are the best action in the world. When i read about it, I laugh myself to sleep. American movies are nothing compare to these as to actions.

  • @thawjzagxwb yeah you're right! the action films that the americans used to do are all "camera tricks!" While Hong Kong films like these guys are "all for real!" Even the great Hong Kong actresses in the early 80's and late 90's ...like Moon Lee and Sibelle Hu in Devil Hunters ;)

  • Parkour in 00:57 - 01:02

  • SICK!

  • This is awesome for two reasons: A) The incredible display of physical ability and B) the complete disregard for health and safety

  • Fan fucking tastic!! a lot of ppl disregard just how amazing these HK stunts r. hollywood will NEVER contend with this gritty work. everyone of those guys r superheroes. i thank the HK film industry for giving us this celluloid magic. nuff respect to the work they do. long live HK cinema!!

  • Shelf Life, you ROCK!

  • i wonder how many people get injured because of this

I think people back then didn't have sense of labor safety

    They are all brave men

  • Great montage, Jackie Chan truly is one of the greatest icon in cinema.

  • What are the movies between 2.30 and 3:00 ?

  • Wow these are all amazing!

  • From which movie is that stunt at 05:45 from?

  • Pantyhose Hero

  • @mcmansions if you know the song at the 4:09 could you plz tell me the name. thanks and sorry for wasting your time

  • @zacks1314 It is from the Drunken Master 2 soundtrack - Track 7 挾槍制刀

  • @mcmansions thanks

  • What movie is that crazy stunt at 02:52 from???

  • Tiger Cage

  • what were the songs used in this clip? i only got wong fei hung.

  • Man you gotta give it to the hong kong stunt teams, they're fuckin crazy. No wonder Jackie can't get health insurance anywhere...

  • Awesome montage! I like that you puts some of the women on HK action in there, most people just ignore them.

  • what is the movie at 3:20 and who is in it

  • donnie yen, yuen yut chor

  • Great compilation! Hongkong stuntguys are the best! 5*****

  • 向全部武師致敬

  • holy fuck that was just 5:24 damn that was real i can bet wow that's one of the reasons why i love hong kong action its so realistic almost 80-90% just love those stunts no country can produce movies that have stunts like these except those technological special effects

  • i thought chinese bamboo was really strong..........00:35..00:36

  • Thats a kind of ceremony in 長洲 a place in hongkong

This kind of climbing buns mountains has been banned nowadays

  • Not really, but nowadays, hong kong government will monitors people to play "climbing buns mountains"

  • Funny!!!

  • dosent that kill smoebody like one of the scene guy falls of window on the ground?

  • True

  • cooollllllllllllllllllllllllllllll!!!!!!!!!!111

  • jackie chan's stunts are insane! probably the best. Even though what i always loved about his films were the fighting scenes. His technique, when he was 20-30 was awesome

  • hong kong looks like a pretty hard core place to live...

  • does anyone know the 2nd set of music after wong fei hung theme? I think it's cool!

  • Do yu guys think that 5:24 - 5:30 is legit?

  • yes, it is practical. you can do it too if you practice hard. It was done by a stunman, but not the actual actor.

  • 哎呀

  • Does anybody knows where i can find the version of the wong fei hung theme that plays at the beginning of this video,i cannot find it anywhere, if anybody have this , can you send it to me please, thnx

  • jonahooc is right about the bad boys 2,,,,,and also a Thai movie called "born to fight" also has the same tihing..

  • damn!!! toe tap @ 0.53 ouch!!!

  • 哎呀!

  • the men and women that makeing these movies is so amazing, and woot make it even better they never complane if they get hurt they just go on, like Jackie chan in the movie called Rumble in the Bronx even if that not made in H&K, in it he water ski with his feet after and helecopter after he have brake his ankel and have 1 foot in plaster :)

  • bad boys 2 copied the one at 7:57..lol hollywood f*kn rip off!

  • A lot of Hollywood action films do copy from Hong Kong.

  • man!those are death defying!

  • whats the movie at 4:00

  • Tiger Cage 2!

  • amazing

  • Was that guy at 5:44 terminally ill or something? lol

  • That's Sammo Hung in "Pantyhose Hero."

  • who knows title of movie scene 6.00??? i was looking for this movie from ages!!!!!!1

  • Eastern Condors

  • That fat lady jumping off the roof was hilarious. : D

  • Hollywood cant produce action like HK. Unless they have HK crew ala Rush Hours. HK stuntmen take a lot of beating and injured themselves alot.

  • i'm actually giving off ascreen test for hong kong atm and there is a huge appeal for whites over there ..... and i hope that i get some sort of deal i have been doing stunts for a year now and have improved from the last time posted anything

hope to be one day like these greats....

    Peace

    Dominic Di Tommaso

  • what movie is it when there's cars flying around and jumping across the place in this video ?

  • the Stunts in Dragons Forever are epic. Show some more Sammo stuff if you can.

  • the car scene at 3:45 is unbelievable

  • the girl in 0:38 says "the car" so weirdly...

  • WOW they jump like crazy and didnot break a single bone (asian=inhuman powers)

  • this is lovely ^^

  • Jacky Chan does all his own stunts.

His broken every bone in his body more than twice!!!

Most his death defying stunts r so dangerous...

the one @ 6:45, if he missed, I think he would've been disabled...

  • The stunts are fantastic. But I think they sure get injured...but still it's fantastic!!!

  • ooh geez. The stunt at 5:44.... OUCH!!!!

  • Awesome video, the tree climbing scene in Ong Bak reminds me of 0.20.

  • This is crazy O.O

  • Simply awesome!

  • if like stuntman take a look at The Fall by Tarsem Singh.

its not really a stuntmant movie, cause it mix adventure, fantasy and other stuff, if any interested...just take a look ;)

i've seen it in a film festival of catalunya

  • I think I identify the last song you used... But then I don't know the name. Can you provide it?

Plus, I've always loved the stunts. Jackie Chan indirectly encouraged me to learn by myself how to do some stunts as child, on my parents bed, haha.

I've seen videos in which the stuntman jumps from over 10mts and fall right to the ground, no tricks. Just practice.

    Hope you answer soon. Thanks.

  • Fisherman's Song of East China Sea 東海漁歌

  • please tell me:|

  • First of all actors like Jackie Chan and Yuen Biao don't exist anymore. These guys started training from a very young age, the stunt guys or actors today don't go through those kind of training and can't do things those guys used to do. Another thing is actors of today will not risk their life doing those stunts, put it in short they don't make them like they used to.

  • @freedent there are still plenty but havent got any chance in Hong Kong to change from a stuntman to an actor. Mostly actors in HK nowadays come from a rich background or come from the music or soap industry.

  • @freedent I have two words for you, my friend: Tony Jaa. True, you can't depend on Hong Kong to produce this kind of stunt-heavy work anymore, but the level of stuntwork he displays easily puts him up there with the best of Jackie and his opera brothers.

  • I agree with freedent, stunt work of this kind is demanding and dangerous. Many of the stunts doubles have suffered debilitating injuries and everyone in the business have their scars to show for it. Of course this wouldn't be a problem if the genre was still lucrative and worth it. Unfortunately, with the coming of the teeny stars and icons and the valuing of looks over talent, the genre is not what it used to be. You can kill yourself and still be a no-namer. I wouldn't do it even if i could.

  • from wich movie is the scene on 02:52 taken from, i wanna see the movie.

why cant they make films like this anymore, every body wants to see new movies with special efects and stuff like that, thoes movies aint that good, but old chinese movies are best. the stunts are amaizing!!

  • Tiger Cage (1988)

  • Thanks!!!!

    xiexie!!!!

  • Identifications needed!

    1)3.20 rooftop chase

2)5:27 guy jumping over the car

    3)5:29 scene right after

4)6.42 scene with bikes and cars

    Many thx

  • 3:20: In the Line of Duty 4

    5:27: Aces Go Places

    5:29 Twinkle Twinkle Lucky Stars

6:42: Armour of God 2: Operation Condor

  • I'm also a stuntman but what this guys are doing it's just great!!!!Good luck for all of them .... 4 sure they are gonna need it !!!!

  • I`m a stuntman to. I agree this is great, I love Hong Kong movies

  • it's difficult to find stunts that are that real and painful today even in HK. i want to see more!

  • Incredible! HK stunt men all have death wishes...

  • HK STUNT RULES !!!!

  • Never in my life would I ever have the balls to pull off 99% of that haha.

  • yeah, today all the actors doesn't even have to do a fart to make it look like a stunt ! In new movies Jackie Chan told Ellen Degeneres that you can in the studio jump 2-3 metres and make it look like you're jumping 10metres xD> !! hahaha

  • Absolutely! they don't usually make movies this way anymore...the stunts were raw & more real, and even fatal, than what we see in cinemas today.

    Big Upz!

  • The fat guy at 1:05 was soooo funny!

    Ehaueahu

  • holy shit that stunt with the cars and boxes was crazy... what movie was that?

  • Armour of God II- Operation Condor

Try and find the HK version, the U.S. version cuts out a lot of the action and comedy

  • thanks ... jackie chan is the king of stunts

You should put some stunts from drunken master (jui kuen II)... some crazy shit in that movie

  • Don't forget Yuen Biao (his Kung Fu bro)is equally as good, if not better.

  • bravo

  • coooool :D

  • i want that soundtrack

  • very well....keep it up.

  • jaw-dropping video - unforgettable stunts!

  • I like your video! Great!

Lot of stunts are crazy!!! This men are mad!

The team of Jackie Chan is the better!

  • wow, i miss police story. watched it along with project A. the best

  • HK is good with flip falls and high falls,

    really admire them,
