Camp Quinibeck was founded in 1911. My mother went there in the 30's; i went in the 50's. It was always a private camp for girls, no connection to the girl scouts. The Junior Camp was on the lake; the senior camp on the hill. There is a Quinibeck website on the web; catalogs often appear on ebay; articles in the archives of Vermont Magazine. This video looks like a visit to see the camp or a first day for the girls in the dresses. What was your grandparents connection to the camp? Curiously,Mary
i went canoing by there this summer, and boy did they make a lot of noise.
