  • I love the way that you played that. I always enjoy seeing players kinda put their on twist on things. That is a pretty hard song to play and sing. Im a huge Buckingham fan as well nice to find another :) A+++ Im glad youtube is here I mean you can see big name players on mtv or whatever. This is a great place to see others talent that is very much as awesome!!!

  • Great Job!! I LOVE the guitar...

    and anything by Lindsay Buckingham!

  • You should try this on a banjo

  • maybe you should try this on a tuba. Ha Ha. Why can`t you just enjoy what this guy can do on guitar instead of suggesting something stupid like that.

  • Awesome. I love this song..and the guitar is beautiful..cheers up my soul. Thank you. Much Love to you. M.

  • Thats a great cover, and a beauty of a guitar!

  • inspirational! and i love that you did the little solo from the live in Boston version! this makes me wanna take a crack at that song. allready tried. it is a very difficult song to master. singing at the same time is even harder! damn good gob here!

  • Very nice!

  • nice!

  • Niice!

  • That was mighty fine a'pickin and a'singin! (O Brother Where Art Thou). Nice job!

  • Mercy me, cheerydavie is right. It's just not the same without the singing. Good job fruplaying (and nice guitar)

  • I could tell you struggled on the high notes but you pulled it off great!! Nicely done!

  • Nice to hear someone singing as well as playing. Good job

  • Are you in an open tuning or is it the same as Lindsay's with the low E tuned down to D? And by the way, you should post a lesson on how you do it, well done.

  • Thanks. I used a different tuning than the one you described. I lowered the A string down to G. Then I put a Kyser "Drop D" Capo (which capos the top 5 guitar strings only) at the fourth fret. That way, I don't have to tune my low E down to a C. (It also explains why I'm fretting behind the capo at the 0:49 mark.)

  • Hey Fruit fly! Great picking! Singing`s not bad either. Fleetwood Mac`s best tune and you`ve done it proud old buddy! :-)

  • @fruplaying i was wondering what that little quick thing was behind the capo was. hahah. Thanks!

  • Come on man, when are you going to finally try a HARD song, lol! Seriously dude, you totally rock! I love your videos. Did Buckingham record this song with a resonator? I never realised it!

  • excellent

  • my hero

  • Pretty Ballsy to play and sing to this tune my friend....but Kudos....you pull it off.....good job.

  • ive seen good, but that is pure talent right there!!!!

  • Nice to hear someone singing as well as playing. Graet job.

  • Really loved the playing. Way cool guitar. What is it?

  • Thanks. The guitar is a parlor-sized resonator model made by Ron Phillips Guitars.

  • Nice. Too quick but enjoyable

  • wow!!!!!!!!excellent

    very musical

  • nicely done!

  • really nice job

  • that was great

good song no matter what the speed

    however

the slides didnt seem noticable ( no offense )

and good voice to ( and again no offense - dont try to high the high notes of the chorus )

  • You nailed it! It's incredibly hard to sing but you do it really well, even LB can't sing it live like on the original recording but you get very close.

  • just a bit to fast.but really good

  • Very, very good....you just almosted matched note for note, one of the best (and most underrated) guitarists on the face of the planet.... well done!

  • That's Awesome !!!

  • a bit fast but very good

it sounds the best on a plain old nylon.

  • Nice

  • hey man u sound really good

  • i must've watched a good 30+ versions of people playing this song, and I must say that yours impressed me the most(behind LB of course).

You have an awesome feel throughout the song, and the singing is spot on. cheers.
