my sisters baby was born with this and had all her small intestine and part of her large intestine removed because it was already dead by the time the put her intestines back in. she two months and still at the hospital. but she is a miracle and doing great. our tuff little angel. i'm so glad your kid is doing good. we no what your going through or went through and it gives us hope for her future. thanks for the vids. please keep update
can i ask how you coped when they took him straight after the birth. We are having a baby boy and he has gastro due roughly in 3 months... if all goes well. It will be induced though...just wanted to ask how you managed without him straight after you gave birth.
Gastroschisis is an opening in the abdomen wall that allows the internal organs to move outside of the body. In Phoenix's case it was just his intestines.

Phoenix is. This December of last year. He is healthy and happy. He has no ill effects from the Gastroschisis.

poor baby so little and so sick, they dont deserve this, they are just little angels that deserve to live..... sorry it breaks my heart to see this..
