kid thats nothing, its just running a little rich, heck my cherokee throws way more smoke then that, thats what i get for getting a chrystler though, and the 4.0 is known for reliability, and running rich.
if its a daily driver give it a tune up and oil change. Are you burning alot of oil? (check dipstick) As long as its running fine and not missing, etc I wouldn't worry too much about that.
also check your valve seals as when they age the become brittle and crack at the ends letting a little bit of oil run down the stems and into the combustion chambers do a compression test to see if its a head gasket if you have one cylinder off from the others then Its the head gasket or one of the valve seats has worn out
Also, When you stab the gas (like you did at the end of the vid) the system dumps alot of fuel into the engine (the same thing applies to diesels) when smoke from exaust occurs (and it isn't an oil problem) it means that the gas wasn't completely burned. You could increase performance and economy by switching to an aftermarket ignition coil.
I know what it is, you "rolled" off the gas pedal, and unburnt gas comes out. The stock exaust system already has free to low back-pressure. the same thing occurs in stock cars.
However, if the exaust doesn't smell like burnt gas, you do have an oil leak (as the others have stated).
it also could be neither since it doesnt blow smoke all the time could be just carbon build up in your motor from no starting it in awhile or even just not blowing it out in awhile but then again it looks like white smoke which isnt always what blowing out carbon deposits look like
If it was a blown head gasket it would be running rough and it dosent sound like it. there would also be smoke comming out of the exhaust all the time not just once like on this video.
eeesh i need new piston rings..60 bucks for a new set and ive got a friend whos gunna help fix it for 50 bucks...any other place id have to pay at least 200

I have been around Fiero's for years and I had never noticed the little chrome heat guard on the bodywork just above the exhaust exit...clever.

This vid is 2 yrs old so I'm not sure why I'm commenting.
But if you're still living with the problem, then I suggest doing a compression check. That may give a clue where the problem is.
I'd also switch to heavier weight oil until you can get the engine rebuilt. It probably needs it.

The engines in the first year they were made (1984) used to catch on fire. It was fixed in the later models.

Looks like you need a new head gasket. You can pick one up for just a few bucks. :P

Has a nice sound for being all stock :D
It might have been a little cold that day, or just because he just started the car, it probably just needed to warm up.

It's not a blown head gasket, just a worn one. This happens to just about all cars that are 20+ years old :D

Its not piston Rings. Blowby gas is not going to comeout of the exhuast because of the pcv systeam.

Looks like you're burning antifreeze through the cylinders. You're more likely due for new gaskets.

Looks like you're leaking anti-freeze into the block. White smoke usually indicates anti-freeze issues while blue/black is oil.

if it is the rings it would smoke all the time try valve seals

I think you could use some new piston rings soon, but I hope I'm wrong. Sounds like it's running great!
