Angels, Guardian Angels & Spirit Guides: Exist? Spiritual?

i'm doubting that angels exist. Several times over my life i've asked for proof that they exist and i've never received anything. I've never received any kind of help with anything, my life hasn't been the best. Things have always been going wrong and i always have to work my way through it on my own. What am i doing wrong??

Yes spirit guides do exist and I agree and also can see and speak to them via meditation, and i can attest to what you are saying. They are there for your higher good, to give advice and help you in any way they can, and also I can plainly see they are not myself.

you speak of beliefs, but what about spirits irrelevent to beliefs... i have seen 2 figues that are surely not human... they were only seen once and never again... i also do not recall meeting them... they are not famous ppl... a woman and a man, so no specific race, gender, no anything on mind. The only common thing i had in both situations is that i was in state of depression and that i had a little drink ( was very minor drinking, not drunk). Besides, im skeptic, agnostic and i hate religion

I love to feel good positive spirits. I'm sure that I have had more than one spirit this year feel on me but I do remember recently that I was resting and I had a tickle on my neck it felt like a butterfly on me. I then felt a goood presence with me.

@yogeeshashram I was just starting to meditate on 21/12/2010 and I sunddenly see a ball of light which turned into a worm hole tunnel, then the tunnel came in cose & I could see an Angel with rainbow coloured wings flying very slowly towards me,as it fadded, I could see clouds, it was like I was seeing into another world. yes they excist, but they do NOT communicate through channeling and meditation crap. if they need to talk to a person, they'll think about their own valid way. the beings that are being contacted through these channeling are mostly deceivers.

I learn myself to see my aura in a mirror and sometimes meant to be able to see traces of past lifes. i learnt after is best to pray first ask Source to protect you, imagine/visualise your in a bubble of protective light so probably best to do that first:-) i careful about what i eat mostly as well try fast a little i think that helped.

It seems there is some astral entity that watches over me, and I never see it, but I do feel it. Spirit guides do exist, we(my guide and i) are in contact for 12 years, i helped others who thought were becoming crazy or being haunted. They all have similar goals, guide the guided to help others and help the guided to have their spiritual growth.

Take attention to that "voice" that does not look like from yourself (in the mind) when they suggest or reveal you things that looks more than mere coincidence after some time.

keep your "body" closed to other spirits besides your guide(s).
