This is why Craig Ferguson is the best late night host there is. He's extremely hilarious when he wants to be, and extremely honest and serious when he should be. While other hosts make jokes about the weak or the struggling, Craig will find sympathy for them. Thank you Craig for showing us that picking on the weak isn't showing anything but how much we are cowards.
Good stuff. Just had a "gathering about the last "tradition" and this was a great way around breaking anonymity. The truth has a ring to it and this guy made it funny as well. I am grateful. Friend of Bill.
Gotta love Craig. He's a very funny guy--it would've been a shame had he not forgotten to kill himself that day--and the fact that he was able to overcome all these adversities is admirable for sure.
I need to download this. The twelve minute version was better and gave a better context as to the Britney Spears part and explained why C.F. felt the need to get serious with the audience at this particular time in 2007.
i love you Craig Ferguson. I'm so glad I read your memoir. I learned a lot from your experiences that really helped me figure things out in my life. keep on keepin on!

I'm not sure what's funnier -- the priest story or the words "one thing led to another, and I forgot to kill myself that day."

WTF!!??
CBS made the 12 minute version of this monolog private?
Thanks to the uploader, I'm glad this much is still available.
