Anyways, I believe it's a form of sarcasm. Correct me if I'm wrong.

She's already getting sick of Sothe always idolizing how great Ike is. That's why she put quotes around "Hero" when Sothe mentioned him again.

You can tell she gets frustrated at Sothe every time he mentions Ike. So I think it's Micaiah's way of saying how much he obsesses over Ike.

Nah, Rafiel's father is dead as well. Well is Biological father. The one that took him in and saved him is alive, but he's with the Begnion senators
