I watched your video and I can see that at 4:04 you add a new row to the table. This should be light blue but it is actually dark blue. The same problem with the formatting happens later as well at 4:42. How can you keep the formatting in order to have alternating dark & light blue rows whenever you add a new row to the table? Do you know a way to fix that? Thank you.
@ExcelIsFun Thanks for the quick reply. Just so you know the reason for my ask, I use excel for project planning and I need to show my GANTT chart 3 dimensional: 1. Features 2. Resources 3. Date / Schedule. I hate MSProject as it is not flexible, needs additional setup, training for other folks who are using it, etc etc

I think it is awesome that you do these videos. I am graduating from college in May and I am watching these videos to try to become more efficient in excel and more marketable as an employee. Thank you so much!

Is there a way you could allow multiple values in a single cell for Category, but be able to still validate them?
Ex: Have Red, Pink in cell 2A and it should accept it, but if I enter Red, Cyan, it should throw the error for me.

I have no idea how to do that. Access is good for that. I am sure that there is a way, though. Try THE best Excel question site:

#Div/0 means that you are dividing by zero. I do not know what the exact calculation is, but for whatever reason it has a zero in the denominator.
