Thank you Jeff! I was a flight attendant for Delta over 20 years ago. It was the best job I've had or will ever have. You brought back some very dear memories! Having pride in what you do for a "living" is very important. Your video brought back a feeling I haven't had in long time! I'm up in the Twin Cities, and as much as I hate to see the name Northwest vanish like so many other carriers, I'm wondering if Delta would take back a weathered 45 year old with a bald spot?
This reply is coming a bit late, but anyone else who reads this may be interested to know that the video at the end was shot at ATL. The CRC was in SLC, and the crew photos were taken during and after a SLC ATL flight.

I retired from DL in 2001 and I am grateful for 33 years with Delta and for Jeff taking time to do this for us. In that time I tried to always take care of our customers, whether PATCO strikes, fuel crisis's, hurricanes, mergers, deregulation, significant weather or the aftermath of 9/11. I loved our customers and my fellow employees. The camaraderie of airline employees everywhere is unmatched. Thank you for all of you who have remained loyal. With God's grace we will continue to serve you.
I've been travelling with Delta since I was born and I must admit that I never encountered any problems whatsoever.. so I must thank the Delta people all over the world :)
Great video, but of course I'm biased since I work for Delta. I have to admit that it feels good to be appreciated so much by a passenger that he goes to the extent of doing a 3 minute video telling us thanks. The first time I watched it I actually cried.

Okay, I admit I cried, too. Every time I work a flight, I try to make it a great experience for every single passenger.
After 18 years with Delta I could not imagine doing anything else. Being a FA is in my blood!!
