Hey Rip, I like the idea of stacking 28 days on E2 up against 28 days on other diets.  The results of E2 vs. Paleo or 80/10/10 would be interesting to see.

I think labeling the Engine 2 a "DIET" does this program an extreme dis-service...but it's still great stuff
