A collection of 20 of these International Traveling Matt segments were included as bonus in the Fraggle Rock: The Complete Second season DVD. Season 3 also has a few as Easter eggs.
@SUNSHINE21480 That's probably because it wasn't on the show in your country. It was first seen in New Zealand. FR always had different local Uncle Matt segments for just about each country it aired. Germany, UK, France and a few other countries as well even had their own local Docs.

I don't ever remember this segmant on Fraggle Rock. All I remember was obo reading Uncle Traveling Matt's postcards
