  • tell me how i can pull out that yum thali out of my moniter?

  • @honeygodoo9

Become a magician! If you can't, learn cooking. If you know cooking, then cook yourself.

  • @yoursumashankar ya !! m excellent at cooking n people usually love my preprations....but i have a tedency of loosing appitite while cooking!

  • I do lose my appetite a bit after cooking. So, do many. I have a solution. I make sure to cook before I become hungry. By the time, I finish cooking, I am certainly hungry. Also, I do not taste a dish more than once for checking salt and taste. If you taste a dish many times, it will reduce your appetite. After cooking, I gobble mouthwash, spit it out and clean my mouth with warm water. Then, gobble a teaspoon of lemon juice for about 30 seconds and swallow it. I get the appetite back. Try it.

  • delicious!!!!!

  • The food looks absolutely delicious! Would you mind posting the recipe for Chettinad Chicken Kari? Thank you!

  • lucky...enjoy

  • They all look lovely, is there any chance you could email me the recipes?? They look so tastey :D

  • it is beautiful..rice is less tho'..does not balance IMHO

  • Thank you for your comment. All the dishes were measured. The curries were no more than 100 grams. The rice was about 225 grams. Infact I ate after taking the video and photos, the rice was just enough. The dosa also helped to finish off the curries!

  • @yoursumashankar yes the recipe is suitable.

  • @yoursumashankar lucky you! wish I could eat that

  • i cant eat from that plate coz i am strictly vegeterian and there is a chicken curry. but the vegeterian south indian dishes r awesome. i cant eat too much spicy as some people eats in india or in canada. but awesome food.

  • this looks fantastic, all the more reason for me to visit india

  • Wow, food fit for a king

  • yummy!

  • this look awesome. can you tell me what is that pinkish dish at the left side?

  • Thank you for your comment.

That pinkish dish at the left side is Beetroot Pachadi aka Beetroot Raitha.

Grated Cooked Beetroot + Beaten Yoghurt + Chopped Shallots + Salt + Cumin Powder + Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves = Mix well = Serve chilled

It is my Award Winning recipe!

  • Ahh that's so cool. I usually don't enjoy beetroot, but I wouldn't pass up trying your recipe.

I think I will try to make this beetroot dish.

  • i would eat everything on that plate except for the chicken yummmmm =)

  • This Chettinad Chicken Kari is not spicy. I made it little less Red Chilli and Black Pepper Powder.

  • @yoursumashankar but if you dont eat meat its off the menu. ;) lol I also would pass on it. Everything else looks SO yummy!
